Our menus are made from simple ingredients from our property. Cooked in the traditional way following the philosophy of sourcing locally, also carefully selecting from other local producers to add to our menu. We prefer to prepare different plates each day depending on the availability of fresh local produce, hence we ask you to let us know in advance if you wish to have dinner. You can feast on chestnut lasagna, scabei with cold cuts and local cheeses, local meats and an abundance of fresh vegetables from our kitchen garden, from tender salads to marinated courgettes with flowers and fresh ricotta.a

The traditional cooking of Lunigiana is simple, but rich in unique in aromas and flavours and enjoys a wide range of produce.
