Podere “Di là dall’acqua”

Podere “Di là dall’acqua“, is an 18th century stone farmhouse , recently renovated preserving most of it’s original features which make it a timeless building.
On the ground floor you arrive in a cosy room, with an impressive stone vault, our little restaurant for guests or whomever would like to experience the taste of simple tradional local food..

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, on the second floor an apartment with a small kitchen.

We are always available to collect you and your luggage from the car park-

Please note that the Farmhouse Podere Di Là Dall’Acqua is not directly connected to the public road. You reach it on foot (10 minutes) or with a car appropriate for farm tracks

Room “Baita”

A splendid 20sqm double room with red and white decor on the 1st floor of the farmhouse, looking out over the orchard and the Rosaro River.. From here you can hear the rushing of the water from the window. It comprises a reading area, large bathroom, shower and courtesy set.

Apartment “La Quiete”

Bright 50sqm apartment which accomodates 4 people on the top floor with private access and a sun terrace furnished with table and chairs. Views over Fivizzano and the whole property. Living room with exposed wooden beams and original stone with a sofa bed for the children. A tiled kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Double room, mezzanine with armchair and a single bed, private bathroom with shower.
Sleeps 4-wifi-sheets and towels supplied- cleaning and linen change every 7 days.

Breakfast 5 euro – Dinner 25 euro – Booking always required

Guests’ Pets are welcome, however you must notify us in advance and ask for availability which depends on certain conditions. An additional charge of 5 euro per day is required.
It is the guests’ responsability to take care of and manage their pets behaviour, especially in the presence of other animals and/or guests.
We never allow pets into areas of the Agriturismo dedicated to food service,

check-in is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and registration must be done before 2100. An additional cost of…….is charged for late check in. In thecase of arrival before 1600 you must contact us in advance.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance guests must leave the room before 10.30am on the agreed departure date. Half day room charge may be incurred for late check out.
If you intend to enjoy additional time after the check out, in the area of the Agriturismo or nearby, we can temporariny store your luggage upon request.
