Podere “I Groppini”
A 2 hundred year old stone farmhouse surrounded by an ancient chestnut orcharforest. It brings back memories of land owners and sharecroppers who have handed down to us their legacy for us to preserve and enjoy.
It is located below the old center of Fivizzano, before the river, in a more accessible and less isolated area, reached directly from the public road by car. Parking is clearly visibile under the chestnut trees just before the entrance gate
Please note that at Podere Groppini there is no restaurant service, but this is available forall our guests at Podere Di Là Dall’acqua.

Delightful double room on the ground floor with private access from the garden. Light and spacious , lending itself to accomodate people with mobility problems

Apartment “Nocciolo”
A 60sqm, three room apartment on the first floor with private access from an external staircase
Accomodates 4+2 people, comprising Tiled kitchen corner with electric cooker and oven, fridge, dishwasher with all cooking utensils
- Dining area with a divan bed
- Large double room plus a room with 2 single beds (which can be joined together to make 180 wide)
- Private bathroom with shower
- Pergola covered area with table, chairs, sun bathing area and barbeque.
- Includes bed and bathroom linen, cleaning on exit and cleaning and linen change every 7 days.
